Who we are

lolajack.org.uk is a small, independent editorial project that reviews the LolaJack online casino for players in the United Kingdom. How we test a casino

Every score on this site comes from hands-on testing with real money, not from press releases or the casino’s own marketing. For each review our tester follows the same routine:

1. Open a real account using a UK address and phone number, and note how long registration takes and which details are asked for.
2. Complete verification (KYC) by uploading ID and proof of address, recording when documents were requested and how long approval took.

Our scoring criteria

Each area gets a score out of 10. The weighted average becomes the overall rating, which we show out of 5.

How the final score is calculated

We multiply each criterion’s score by its weight, add the results and divide by two to get a rating out of 5, rounded to one decimal place. A casino that pays quickly and has fair terms can outscore one with a bigger bonus, because we weight what matters most to a player’s money. Serious problems – an unpaid withdrawal, hidden terms, or no working self-exclusion – cap the overall score regardless of the other results.

How often we update

We re-check the welcome offer and key terms at least once a month and repeat a withdrawal every quarter. Any change that affects the score is logged in the “Review updated” panel on the review page, with the date of the check. If LolaJack changes its offer between our checks, the casino’s own terms always take priority over what you read here.
